What you need to present to us:
- Dimensioned Floor plans- with Windows and Door Sizes
- Dimensioned Elevations- with Sectionals and Roof plan (include Roof pitch)
- Existing House Plans with Garage and Proposed Addition Plans
- Include Square Footages of Existing House (ea. Level if two Story) and Additions (ea. Level if two Story) and Garage
- Window & Door schedule if have one
- Identify if house is on a Slab or Raised Floor
- House Orientation (north arrow) based on the front Door orientation
- Heating and Cooling equipment Type-if new need Make and Model with spec Sheets or AHRI Certificate
- Water Heater type and size
- Owner’s name
- Project address
- Project designer-name, address, telephone, and email address
- Billing information-name, address, telephone, and email address
- Fill out the attached "Addition Question Form" for Additions, Alterations, and Fire Damaged Houses
