  • Dimensioned Elevations- with Sectionals and Roof plan (include Roof pitch)
  • Existing House Plans with Garage and Proposed Addition Plans
  • Include Square Footages of Existing House (ea. Level if two Story) and Additions (ea. Level if two Story) and Garage
  • Window & Door schedule if have one
  • Identify if house is on a Slab or Raised Floor
  • House Orientation (north arrow) based on the front Door orientation
  • Heating and Cooling equipment Type-if new need Make and Model with spec Sheets or AHRI Certificate
  • Water Heater type and size
  • Owner’s name
  • Project address
  • Project designer-name, address, telephone, and email address
  • Billing information-name, address, telephone, and email address
  • Fill out the attached "Addition Question Form" for Additions, Alterations, and Fire Damaged Houses
